Information & Training Session

One of our main goals at the Atlanta Georgia Relays is to have a positive impact on the lives of young athletes. We will develop a 60 minutes training session with some of the worlds top athletesand will host an open information and training session for the kids and parents to ask questions and receive information on track and field.

Our training session is open and created to inspire and to make a real cohesive difference with our youth. We customize a training session to fit the specific needs of teams. Our program will feature everything an athlete will need to develop and improve such as, technical instructions and technique development, speed, strength and endurance training, co-designed by our Olympians. They will learn about mental skills training, proper nutrition, leadership and communication.

Our aim is to help determine the athletes future goals . We believe the best way to help our athletes reach their future goals is to teach them to maintain a deep respect for quality and pay total attention to the task at hand and commitment to continual improvement.
